Designation of Airspace Civil Aviation Rules Parts 71 and 73 Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.7 (b) (i) and Part 73.7 (b) (i), the following airspace details are amended with effect from 16 July 1998 1. The following controlled airspace is disestablished: NZA152 (Auckland UTA/C), NZA250 (Auckland CTA/E), NZA253 (Rotorua TMA/D), NZA255 (Rotorua TMA/D), NZA450 (Auckland CTA/E), NZA842 (Christchurch CTR/C). 2. The following controlled airspace is designated to replace the disestablished airspace: NZA154 (Auckland UTA/C), NZA252 (Auckland CTA/E), NZA254 (Rotorua TMA/D), NZA256 (Rotorua TMA/D), NZA451 (Auckland CTA/E), NZA847 (Christchurch CTR/C). 3. The following victor is disestablished: NZV873 (Eyrewell) 4. The following victor is designated to replace the disestablished victor: NZV876 (Eyrewell) 5. The following visual reporting point is disestablished: Lake Adelaide visual reporting point 6. The following visual reporting points are designated: Mt. Cook area: Liebig Dome, Gorilla, Murchison Corner, Malte Brun Corner, Ferentosh, Pukaki Downs, Pukaki Spillway, Tekapo B, Tasman Downs, Lilybank. Milford Sound area: Adelaide, Donne. 7. The following danger area is disestablished: NZD622 (Trentham). 8. The following new danger areas are designated: NZD425 (Centennial Park, Taupo), NZD620 (Paekakariki, Kapiti Coast), NZD623 (Martinborough, Wairarapa), NZD624 (Moutere, Nelson Bays), NZD829 (Glendune, West Christchurch), NZD923 (Timaru, South Canterbury), NZD 621 (Trentham, Upper Hutt). 9. The following low flying area is disestablished: NZL967 (Taieri, West Dunedin). 10. The following low flying area is designated to replace the disestablished low flying area: NZL961 (Taieri Plain, West Dunedin). 11. The following parachute drop zone is disestablished: NZP638 (Nelson Aerodrome). 12. The following new parachute drop zone is designated: NZP737 (Miltons airstrip, West Coast).
