Tapawera Fire District Notice, April 1998 Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice. N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Tapawera Fire District Notice, April 1998. 2. This notice shall come into force on the 30th day of April 1998. 3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for fire protection agreement pertaining to Tapawera. Constitution of a Fire District 4. The urban area of Tapawera is hereby constituted as a fire district. 5. The boundary of the constituted district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the Regional Office, Arapawa Fire Region, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
