Exemption From Specified Seat Belt Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, John Richard Wolf, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.
