Notification of Ordinary Rules Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules, set out in the Schedule hereto, which rules shall come into force as stated in the Schedule. Schedule Civil Aviation Rules Part 1: Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 12, which shall come into force on 23 April 1998. Civil Aviation Rules Part 91: General Operating and Flight Rules, Amendment 4, which shall come into force on 23 April 1998. Civil Aviation Rules Part 119: Air Transport Operator - Certification, Amendment 1, which shall come into force on 23 April 1998. Civil Aviation Rules Part 121: Air Transport Operations - Large Aeroplanes, Amendment 3, which shall come into force on 23 April 1998. Civil Aviation Rules Part 135: Air Transport Operations - Helicopters and Small Aeroplanes, Amendment 4, which shall come into force on 23 April 1998.
