Civil Aviation Rules The Minister of Transport intends to make general flight operation ordinary rules. Pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, The proposal includes amendments to Parts 1, 19, 91, 104, 108, 119, 121 and 135 that provide improvements in the rules identified as necessary by the C.A.A. and the aviation industry. The submission time for the proposed rules is indicated in the N.P.R.M. and is not less than 30 days.
