Eatwell Livestock Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of November 1998, James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Eatwell Livestock Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 14th day of December 1993 given by that company. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the company's undertakings and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
