Margaret Fishing Co. Limited (in receivership) (``the company'') Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers of the company on the 3rd day of August 1998, under the terms of a debenture giving a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
