Mark Williams Autos Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Ashburton Finance Limited, pursuant to a debenture in its favour bearing date the 11th day of March 1998, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of May 1998, it appointed George Stanley Brown, chartered accountant of Ashburton, as receiver and manager of Mark Williams Autos Limited's property. The office of the receiver and manager is care of the offices of Messrs Brophy Knight & Partners, Chartered Accountants, 144 Tancred Street, Ashburton. The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of Mark Williams Autos Limited's undertakings, assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, situate both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital, both present and future and for the time being.
