Notice of Appointment of Liquidator In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Fitzroy Petroleum Limited (in liquidation): Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 29th day of January 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, that Fitzroy Petroleum Limited be liquidated and that Shane Francis Hussey, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
