Riccarton Developments Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 18th day of November 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Riccarton Developments Limited be liquidated and that Roger Bryce Keenan, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
