Kellys Rahu Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 8th day of November 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kellys Rahu Limited, be liquidated and that Annette Reid Marr of Falloon and Grice Limited, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
