Canterbury (Educational) Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 20th day of October 1998, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above company be liquidated and that Peter William Young, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. This liquidation is part of a group restructuring and rationalisation. The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of October 1998. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
