Caprice Company Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 14th day of October 1998, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Caprice Company Limited be liquidated and that Athol Roy Ryan, financial consultant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator. The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of October 1998.
