Pine Forests Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 Subsequent to the directors resolving that the company would, on the appointment of liquidators, be able to pay its debts, Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholders on the 9th day of October 1998, the date the liquidation commenced.
