Carloway Limited (in liquidation) (formerly known as The Number One Software Company) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court of Auckland on the 23rd day of April 1998, appointed the official assignee as liquidator of Carloway Limited. On the 2nd day of September 1998, the official assignee of Auckland appointed John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants, as joint and several as agents of the official assignee.
