Allandale Estates Limited Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of August 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of members in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Allandale Estates Limited be liquidated and that David Colin Hall be appointed liquidator for this purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of August 1998. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, therefore, pursuant to section 243 (1) (b) no creditors meeting is required to be called.
