New Zealand Trade and Investment Limited Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 24th day of August 1998, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that New Zealand Trade and Investment Limited be liquidated and that John S. Drage and Alan R. Isaac, chartered accountants of Wellington, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of August 1998. Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims The liquidators do hereby fix the 18th day of September 1998, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
