These liquidations are part of a group restructuring and rationalisation. The liquidations commenced on the 31st day of July 1998. The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts. Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
