Mangakahia Development Trust (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims Notice is given that the above-named trust on the 1st day of May 1998, confirmed the following special resolutions: ``That the Mangakahia Development Trust being a charitable trust registered under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 on the 8th day of July 1991, be placed into voluntary liquidation''. ``That Alan D. Martin be appointed as liquidator for the purposes of section 24 of the Charitable Trust Act 1957''. The undersigned does hereby fix the 3rd day of July 1998, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 24 (2) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
