Aspak Equities Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stuart Raymond Cann and Peter Ross McLean, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Aspak Equities Limited.
