Sorbnosirrah Investments Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim The Companies Act 1993 On the 13th day of March 1998, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Sorbnosirrah Investments Limited be liquidated and that Peter William Young of KPMG, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of March 1998. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
