Biotec Sweden New Zealand Limited Notice of Liquidation Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of December 1997, the liquidation of the above-named company commenced when the members appointed David John Bridgman of Arthur Andersen as liquidator. Further notice is hereby given by the liquidator of Biotec Sweden New Zealand Limited, a company voluntarily wound up by resolution of its members, that he does fix the 31st day of January 1998, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they have to priority, or be excluded from any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
