Fairfax Productions Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, Douglas Kim Fisher was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 15th day of December 1997. A resolution as to solvency of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Auckland. The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 1997.
