Lifeplanning Services Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims On the 15th day of December 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lifeplanning Services Limited be liquidated and that Kevin J. Covacich, chartered accountant of 22 Mulgan Way, Browns Bay, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of December 1997.
