Notice of Creditors Voluntary Winding Up In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Totara Recording Studio Limited: Take notice that a meeting of the creditors in the above matter will, pursuant to section 284 of the above Act, be held in the office of T. G. Todd, Chartered Accountant, 90A Mount Street, Nelson on Monday, the 21st day of April 1997 at 11.00 a.m. for the purposes set out in sections 284, 285 and 286 of the above Act.
