Kambara Gym Co New Zealand Limited Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal The Companies Act 1993 The board of Kambara Gym Co New Zealand Limited (an amalgamating company), hereby gives notice that it is intended to amalgamate Kambara Gym Co New Zealand Limited and Elite Fitness Equipment Limited, pursuant to the provisions of Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, and to continue as an amalgamated company Elite Fitness Equipment Limited, with effect from the 31st day of March 1997 (being a date at least 20 working days after the date of this notice). Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the company, or any person to whom the company is under an obligation at the registered office of the company at the registered office of Kambara Gym Co New Zealand Limited at 44 Division Street, Christchurch during normal business hours.
