Regent Motorcycles Limited (``the company'') Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Notice is given by the board of the company that it is proposed that the company will amalgamate with Regent Management Limited on 10 February 1997. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any member or creditor of the company, or any person to whom the company is under an obligation at the registered office of the company, being 62 Deveron Street, Invercargill.
