Anchor Farmers Limited Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 209c (4) of the Companies Act 1955 The board of directors of Anchor Farmers Limited gives notice of a proposal for the amalgamation of the company with Bay Milk Products Limited to form a new company called Anchor Bay Holdings Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the company, or any person to whom the company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the company during normal business hours. A shareholder or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company.
