A copy of the amalgamation proposal is available for inspection by any member or creditor of either of the companies or any person to whom either of the companies is under an obligation at the registered office of the companies at 46 Parnell Road, Auckland, during normal business hours. A member or creditor of either of the companies or any person to whom either of the companies is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the companies.
