Browns Bay Rest Home Limited and Tantara Holdings Limited Notice of Amalgamation Pursuant to Section 209c (4) of the Companies Act 1955 Browns Bay Rest Home Limited and Tantara Holdings Limited (referred to as ``the companies'') hereby give notice of their intention to amalgamate pursuant to section 209c of the Companies Act 1955. A copy of the amalgamation proposal is available for inspection by any member or creditor of either of the companies or any person to whom either of the companies is under an obligation at the registered office of the companies at 46 Parnell Road, Auckland, during normal business hours. A member or creditor of either of the companies or any person to whom either of the companies is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the companies.
