Tamrof Holdings Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Meeting of Creditors Pursuant to Section 258 (2) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 I, Bruce Frederick McCullough, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, was appointed liquidator of Tamrof Holdings Limited, by special resolution of the shareholders, on the 11th day of September 1997. A meeting of creditors will be held at 20 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt, on the 12th day of December 1997, commencing at 9.00 a.m. The business to be transacted at the meeting is: (a) To consider the liquidation to date; and (b) The finalisation of the liquidation.
