Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an order of the District Court at Christchurch, extinguishing the easement created by Transfer 32 over the land comprised in certificate of title 42A/982, it is my intention to note the extinguishment of the easement against the aforementioned certificate of title 1 calendar month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
