Land Transfer Act Notice Evidence of the loss of residence site licence 1D/1478 in the names of Donald Charles Cousins having been lodged with me together with a transfer to Graeme Charles Thompson, Stephen John Brocklebank and Russell James Cassidy and a certificate under section 116 of the Land Act 1948, without production of the said 1D/1478 in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to enter such memorial upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
