Authorisation of the Exchange of Marginal Strips for Other Land Pursuant to the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby authorises the exchange of the marginal strips described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
