Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Waimakariri District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in The Waimakariri District Council in trust for that purpose.
