Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 298 of the Native Land Act 1931, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of the Ngati-Whiti Tribe. Schedule Wellington Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VII, Ohinewairua Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 2.0234 Part Awarua 2C13C (Balance) Block, containing an area of 2.0234 hectares, situated in Block VII, Ohinewairua Survey District, such area being delineated on a sketch plan annexed to the said recommendation and held in the Aotea Registry of the Maori Land Court.
