Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of recreation and a traditional food resource area, to be known as Maata's Reserve for the common use and benefit of the owners of the parent Taheke 21 block and subsequent partitions thereof: Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block IV and VIII, Waoku Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 5600 Part Taheke 21B, being part of the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 26 August 1997.
