Amending a Notice Declaring Land Set Apart for Better Utilisation in Hauraki District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of June 1997, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 July 1997, No. 73, at page 1786, declaring land set apart for better utilisation in Hauraki District, by amending the area from ``356 hectares'' to ``356 square metres''.
