Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land for a State Primary School at Ohau, Horowhenua District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of November 1995, ``Setting Apart Land for a State Primary School'', published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 November 1995, No. 134 at page 4373, by deleting from the Schedule ``Part Gazette notice 1890, page 1192'' and substituting ``Part C.T. 148/117''.
