Land Acquired for an Accessway (Mitchell/Karepa Streets) Wellington City Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the share in the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for accessway and vested in The Wellington City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Wellington Land District Being An undivided 1/42 share of an estate in fee simple in that piece of land, being area ``A'' on S.O.
