Amending a Declaration Declaring Road Stopped and Land Taken in Far North District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 21st day of November 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 November 1995, No. 142, page 4649, declaring road stopped and severance taken in Far North District, pursuant to sections 116 and 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the First Schedule the area of road firstly described (marked ``D'' on S.O.
