Land Set Apart for Road in South Waikato District Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway 1.
