Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Waitomo District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of February 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 22 February 1996, No. 15, page 512, realigning road in Waitomo District by deleting all reference to memorandum of mortgage B. 149970.2 from paragraph (b) (ii).
