Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby cancels the vesting in The Mackenzie District Council, of the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto and further, revokes the reservation, as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
