Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of The Marlborough District Council to control and manage the local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
