Appointment of the East Takaka Hall Society Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby appoints the East Takaka Hall Society Incorporated to control and manage the local purpose (community facility) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
