Amending a Declaration Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Far North District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 11th day of September 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 September 1997, No. 132, page 3103, declaring land to be road and road stopped in Far North District, pursuant to sections 114 and 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the heading of the words ``Far North District'' and inserting the words ``Kaipara District'' and by deleting from the operative clause at (a) the words ``The Far North District Council'' and inserting the words ``The Kaipara District Council''.
