Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as an historic reserve and vests the reserve in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose.
