Declaring Land to be Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be a local purpose (sewerage works) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
