Revocation of Reserves Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservations over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by The Waimakariri District Council at current market value, and on such terms and conditions as the The Waimakariri District Council may determine. Proceeds from any such sales to be paid into the council's reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
